 How do I apply for a job posting?

            To apply, just visit our SEARCH JOB OPPORTUNITIES and submit your application online. You will know that you application was received and is being reviewed when you receive an automated email response. You may also obtain information concerning our open positions by dialing the CHS Job Line, 1-888-248-9856.

 How often to you update the job postings?

            We update all of our job postings on a daily basis.

How long will my application stay on file?

            The Application for Employment will be considered inactive after 90 days. If you wish to be considered after that time, you must complete a new Application for Employment.

 Does Children's Health System promote internal advancement?

            Children's Health System provides many opportunities for you to develop and advance in your career. We encourage our employees to review internal job postings and apply for any position of interest. We also encourage our employees to take part in our tuition reimbursement program.   

How long must one stay in one position before becoming eligible to transfer into another?

            Before you will become eligible to transfer, you must be in your current position for at least six months and there must be no disciplinary actions exceeding or including a written warning within the past rolling year.

 Does Children's Health System provide tuition reimbursement?

            Children's is pleased to support your educational goals by providing financial assistance. After six months of services, you may be eligible. We provide tuition reimbursement for both full-time and part-time benefit eligible employees. The company's Tuition Reimbursement Program enables employees to pursue relevant undergraduate and graduate degrees with a generous reimbursement policy.  Does Children's Health System provide any training opportunities to help with career progression?

            Children's Health System assists employees by investing in their development mainly in two ways. At CHS, we offer many in-house courses to help employees improve and increase their skill sets. Also, employees can take advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement Program.

 How often are employees paid?

            Employees at Children's Health System are paid on a bi-weekly basis through direct deposit.

 Where do I park?

            All Children's Health System employees are assigned to a designated parking deck or lot depending on what shift they are assigned to work. The cost is nominal.
